Recipe of the week: Banana-Nut Soy Yogurt

I have been craving yogurt all week, so I finally decided to make one myself. I'm not too big fan of soy yogurts you can buy at the store and they are expensive, so anyways, here is the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 pkg silken Tofu, drained
1 small banana, broken into pieces
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extraxt
1 tbsp homemade peanut butter
2 tbsp agave syrup
1/4 cup water

Process:
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth.

Yum, I like it very much. Now, when I have tried my first soy yogurt, I'll try to experiment with different ingredients.
