Recipe of the week: Mango-banana "ice-cream"

Hello everybody,

summer is coming indeed. And it's getting hotter and hotter, finally :)
So, few days ago I came up with my version of sorbet, which basically is healthier version of ice-cream. Here we go:

Ingredients:
2 bananas (peeled, frozen)
1 mango (peeled, frozen)
1/4 cup water

Process:
Put all ingredients into food processor and blend until smooth (about 2 min) and looks like delicious ice-cream. And here you go - tasty, healthy and quick!
Makes 2 servings.
